Product Info

The Lynx Class-T Power In connects and fuses up to two strings of Lithium batteries. It features a positive and negative busbar, and connections for two Class-T fuses as well as a connection to ground the DC system. The Class T-fuses, available in 225A, 250A, 350A and 400A, must be purchased separately.
For installations using three or more strings of Lithium batteries, use multiple Lynx Class-T modules. As a core component of the Lynx Distribution system, the Lynx Class-T seamlessly integrates with all other M10 Lynx products.

The Lynx DC Distribution System

The Lynx Distribution System is a versatile modular setup designed for DC connections, distribution, fusing, battery monitoring, and Lithium battery management. It comprises several components:

Lynx Power In: Features positive and negative busbars with four connections for batteries or DC equipment. Available in two versions with M8 or M10 busbars.
Lynx Distributor: Offers positive and negative busbars with four fused connections for batteries or DC equipment, along with fuse monitoring. Also available in two versions with M8 or M10 busbars.
Lynx Shunt VE.Can: Includes a positive busbar with space for a main system fuse and a negative busbar with a shunt for battery monitoring. Equipped with VE.Can communication for monitoring and setup using a GX device.
Lynx Smart BMS: Specifically designed for use with Victron Energy Smart Lithium batteries, it features a positive busbar with a contactor driven by a battery management system (BMS) and a negative busbar with a shunt for battery monitoring. Comes in a 500A model with M8 busbars or a 1000A model with M10 busbars. It offers Bluetooth communication for monitoring and setup via the VictronConnect App and VE.Can communication for monitoring with a GX device and the VRM portal.

I needed a MK3-USB-C programming cable urgently to program my new Quattro and looked up local Victron vendors. I found Voltaico online and gave them a call just before the end of the workday. The customer service rep (Merideth) picked up immediately and determined they had one in stock. We arranged a will-call pickup at the depot for the following morning. When I arrived, the warehouse tech was standing outside with my part, and I didn’t even have to get out of my truck! I was looking for Briggs & Stratton Ampliphi batteries & first looked at a dealer in Flagstaff AZ since I have purchased from them previously. They didn't have any in stock. I found Voltaico in Sacramento CA, another Briggs and Stratton dealer. They were out as well but Meredith assured me that they could get them direct shipped to our home in Northern Nevada. She sent me a quote promptly and I called and ordered the batteries. Meredith sent the order to Briggs and Stratton in Oxnard, CA and they were shipped the same day and arrived in Reno the next day. They were delivered today.
All in all, an exceptional purchasing experience from Voltaico, thanks to Meredith. She did a fine job. Highly recommended!
PS The Briggs and Stratton batteries (Ampliphi) were packed very well and everything came through without incident.

Your experience will be incredible!
First, these folks have the best price of anyone online. Second, their staff (Meredith) walked us through options and an alternative unit, making certain what we wanted was actually what we needed. Third, the 6-8 week waiting period was only four weeks. A major positive when the alternative is a generator. Lastly, folks at Voltaico kept us abreast of production, shipping, and never let us down on anything.
The units are quite heavy at 129kg (almost 285 lb), and required equipment to move down our ¼mi driveway. Once near house though, the last 15m were an easy slide even for a couple in their 70's.
These 2-YS-31P's will be replacing some rather old 2-KS-33P's. Looking forward to another decade plus of reliable and robust storage.
