I used their website to evaluate my needs and found it very easy to compare products. I am not a contractor but a homeowner who decided to install my own 9.5Kw system. I had never installed a solar system before, and to say the least, it was an intimidating endeavor. Pedro was a wealth of information and worked with me patiently through my never-ending questions and needs. In fact, some of my equipment was damaged in shipping (fault of the trucking company) and Pedro sped into action, sending me another inverter and railing within just a few days. With over 11 years of living off-the-grid something may eventually need an upgrade. Recently an aging major appliance failed and a new replacement was purchased through WeboSolar. The appliance arrived from the manufacturer but unfortunately did not survive the week long freight journey. My communications with the manufacturer over a warranty replacement were not going as well as anticipated. I mentioned this to Pedro roughly 2 weeks after the initial transaction. At nearly the speed-of-light he had made contact and resolved the issue for me, done! Even though WeboSolar is on the opposite side of the U.S. from me, Pedro made it feel like he was just around the corner. If customer service is important to you, please consider this +5 star rating from someone who has been in the field and “calls it like it is” – WeboSolar is highly recommended and has a very bright future in my book!

I would like to thank all involved with our shipment. We received the batteries (finally) and they seem fine. Road Runner however was terrible to deal with as they lost the batteries from the time they left Dallas. It took them 7 days to locate them, no followup communication on their part. We drove down to Phoenix (134 miles each way) and picked up the batteries ourselves as we had no faith in them to deliver our shipment. Webo treated us excellently and we wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again. R.R.however,never again.
