Returns & Cancellations Policy

Order Cancellations
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after they are submitted. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us right away at info@voltaico.com.
Orders may be canceled before shipment at our discretion. However, once payment has been processed, cancellations may be subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee of up to 5% of the order total.
This fee helps cover transaction costs charged by our payment processor, which are not returned to us when a refund is issued.
Orders canceled before payment is processed are not subject to this fee.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled as a return, subject to the return terms below.
Returns
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Our return policy does not apply to the following goods:
- Batteries
- Items shipped via freight
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
- Customized products
- Special-ordered items
These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, please email us at info@voltaico.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.
Returned merchandise should not be sent without an RMA number. Returned products should only be sent to the address provided with the RMA number.
Do not ship products to our warehouse unless you are instructed to do so.
You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for your returned item. All shipping costs associated with the order are non-refundable. This includes original outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, freight charges, and any shipping costs we paid on orders that qualified for free or discounted shipping.
If you receive a refund, any applicable shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
Damage & Claims

Refunds and Exchanges
After we have received your valid return, we will notify you by email that we have received the returned item and whether the return has been accepted or rejected.
If your return is accepted, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time:
- An exchange of merchandise
- A non-transferable merchandise credit
- A credit to the original payment method
- A check
- Another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate under the circumstances
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, which will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and any applicable payment processing fees are non-refundable.
General
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
