Shipping Domestic (United States)

Where in the U.S. do you ship?

We ship orders across the United States (some exceptions apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, see below).

What are your flat shipping rates?

For simplicity, we offer flat shipping rates calculated during checkout. The specific cost is selected based on product weight and the geographical location for the delivery. The rate suggested will be the same regardless of the order volume. Please refer to the table below for a summary of our flat shipping rates:

Ground Shipping Light: Small items weighting a few pounds; usually clips, breakers and small accessories.
Ground Shipping Regular: Encompasses most of the products that can be shipped via regular ground carriers (UPS, Fedex, USPS).
Ground Shipping Heavy: For heavy items over 50lbs, such as inverters, that fall into a different rate when shipping via ground carrier.
LTL Freight Regular Load: All items that have to be shipped via LTL Freight carrier; the most common are solar panels, rails, and batteries.

When is my order shipping?

Our standard practice is to ship orders on the next business day. We will notify you shortly after placing your order if any of the items are back-ordered, causing a delay. You are welcome to contact us before placing your order to check product availability.

What items are available for will-call, and in what locations?

Will-call locations are distribution centers managed by manufacturers and distributors with which we have partnered; needless to say, each location is handled differently. The first step is to determine if there is a distribution center near you that stocks the products you need. Some of the centers we work with are located in northern California, southern California, and New Jersey. Feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to help find a location in your area.

Are you willing to offer a more competitive shipping rate for my order?

Absolutely. If you think that the rate shown online can be improved, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you expedite orders?

Yes, on an individual basis. Some items end up being too expensive to expedite, so please contact us to discuss your options.

Can I use my carrier?

Yes. It usually takes 2-3 days to have an order packed. Once the order is ready, we will provide you with the location, package dimensions, total weight, and any special instructions so that you can schedule a pickup with the carrier of your preference.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major U.S. issued credit cards, as well as payments made via PayPal. We also accept domestic and international bank transfers. Please note that all prices shown on this site are in U.S. dollars.

U.S. Shipping Methods Explained

Standard Ground

Most products sold by Webo Solar ship via standard ground with couriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If you have a preference or a special delivery request, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Free Shipping

When purchasing items on sale or during specific promotional periods your order may qualify for free shipping. Free shipping offers are only valid for products shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Orders shipping via LTL freight do not qualify for free shipping. Additionally, free shipping offers apply only to those living in the contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Expedited Shipping

Webo Solar offers expedited shipping options. Please contact us to estimate the cost and ensure that your order will be delivered by the required date.

LTL Freight

Due to weight and dimension restrictions, some of the products sold by Webo Solar need to be packed on pallets and shipped via LTL freight. In most instances this applies to the following products:
-Solar panels larger than 160W
-Deep cycle batteries (flooded, AGM, gel, and lithium)
-Inverters and prewired systems heavier than 70 pounds
-Racking rails longer than 8 feet

Please note that LTL freight rates shown during checkout may vary depending on the freight company and your location.

What happens after checkout?

We dispatch all orders shipping via standard ground the same or the next day. If for any circumstance, this is not the case, we will contact you shortly after you have placed the order and let you know.

All orders shipping via LTL freight will require your approval before shipping. We can always make adjustments to your shipping rate after the checkout. We will not ship your LTL order until we have your consent to ship.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

Yes, but with some limitations. We can ship items under 72 lbs packed in a standard size cardboard box. We do not ship outside the contiguous U.S. states heavy and large items such as batteries and solar panels that require the use of pallets for transportation. If you are unable to enter your address during the checkout process, please contact us, and we will happily provide you with an accurate shipping cost.

International Orders

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we can process your order if you live outside the United States. Keep in mind that we do not ship products outside of U.S. territory, but there are a few options available to you.

If you have an active account with FedEx, DHL, UPS, or a freight forwarder, we will prepare the documentation, and deposit your equipment with your preferred carrier. We charge related shipping costs, taxes, and fees to your account.

For large shipments, when the equipment needs to be arranged in pallets or is too heavy to ship in boxes, it is necessary to contract a freight forwarder or customs broker. In most cases, we will deliver the equipment to your customs broker anywhere within the U.S. They will prepare the documentation and deliver the equipment to your location. It will be your responsibility to find a customs broker; the cost related to the import/export, freight, and taxes will be billed to the purchaser.

We will be happy to assist you!
