Add Victron’s BMV-712 monitor to your battery system to wirelessly monitor the status of your batteries. The BMV-712 monitor connects to your other Bluetooth-enabled Victron products and allows you to change settings, revisit historical data, update software, or change the system settings through the VictronConnect mobile app.
The BMV-712 smart battery monitor has a wide input voltage range of 6.5V to 70V and a high current measurement resolution of 10 mA. It connects to the shunt via a standard RJ12 telephone cable (included) with a shunt selection capability of up to 10,000 Amps. The monitor features a programmable visual and audible alarm and a programmable relay to turn off noncritical loads or to run a generator. In the back of the monitor, you will find a VE.Direct communication port.
The BMV-712 battery monitor comes with a 32-foot (10-meter) RJ12 cable, a 6-foot (2-meter) battery cable with a fuse, a square/round front bezel, a ring for rear mounting, and screws for front mounting. No other components are needed for the installation of the monitor.
