Victron Energy’s ANL fuses, such as the 400A/80V model, are designed for high amperage 48 Volt applications. These bolt-down, fast-acting fuses offer superior circuit protection and have a higher short-circuit breaking capability compared to MEGA fuses, ensuring enhanced performance and reliability in high current DC electrical systems. Victron offers the following ANL fuses for 48V high current systems:

In addition to an assortment of ANL, MIDI, and MEGA fuses, we offer three types of fuse holders: simple single fuse holders for each of these fuse types, a six-way fuse holder for MEGA fuses only, and modular single fuse holders for MEGA fuses with an optional busbar accessory to efficiently connect multiple fuses. I was looking for Briggs & Stratton Ampliphi batteries & first looked at a dealer in Flagstaff AZ since I have purchased from them previously. They didn't have any in stock. I found Voltaico in Sacramento CA, another Briggs and Stratton dealer. They were out as well but Meredith assured me that they could get them direct shipped to our home in Northern Nevada. She sent me a quote promptly and I called and ordered the batteries. Meredith sent the order to Briggs and Stratton in Oxnard, CA and they were shipped the same day and arrived in Reno the next day. They were delivered today.All in all, an exceptional purchasing experience from Voltaico, thanks to Meredith. She did a fine job. Highly recommended!PS The Briggs and Stratton batteries (Ampliphi) were packed very well and everything came through without incident.

Your experience will be incredible!First, these folks have the best price of anyone online. Second, their staff (Meredith) walked us through options and an alternative unit, making certain what we wanted was actually what we needed. Third, the 6-8 week waiting period was only four weeks. A major positive when the alternative is a generator. Lastly, folks at Voltaico kept us abreast of production, shipping, and never let us down on anything.The units are quite heavy at 129kg (almost 285 lb), and required equipment to move down our ¼mi driveway. Once near house though, the last 15m were an easy slide even for a couple in their 70's.These 2-YS-31P's will be replacing some rather old 2-KS-33P's. Looking forward to another decade plus of reliable and robust storage.Surrette-Rolls rocks!
