1. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Where do you ship?
We ship orders across the United States. Some exceptions apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico — see details below.
What are your flat shipping rates?
For simplicity, we use flat rates based on the weight of your order and the delivery region. Rates stay the same regardless of order volume.

Ground Shipping Light: Small items weighing a few pounds (breakers, fuses, small accessories).
Ground Shipping Regular: Most products that can ship by UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Ground Shipping Heavy: Heavy items over 50 lbs (e.g. inverters) that ship by ground carrier.
LTL Freight Regular Load: Large or bulky items that must ship on a pallet, such as batteries or solar panels.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship the next business day. If any items are back-ordered, we’ll notify you shortly after checkout. You’re welcome to contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Which carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. For oversized items, we use trusted LTL freight carriers.
Can I use my own carrier?
Yes. Once your order is packed (usually 2–3 business days), we’ll provide package dimensions, weight, and pickup instructions so you can schedule your carrier.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for a quote — some items may be too large or costly to expedite.
Can you offer a better shipping rate?
We do our best to offer competitive rates. If you think the online rate can be improved, contact us — we’ll review it and adjust if possible.
2. Will-Call / Local Pickup (Ventura, CA.)
Can I pick up my order?
Yes — will-call is available at our Ventura, California warehouse. If the items you need are in stock, same-day pickup is often possible. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm product availability and schedule a pickup time. We’ll notify you when your order is ready and provide detailed pickup instructions.
3. Special Shipping Policies
Free Shipping
Some promotional items or sales may qualify for free shipping (UPS, FedEx, or USPS only). Free shipping excludes LTL freight shipments and is available only within the contiguous U.S.
LTL Freight
Items that ship via LTL freight include solar panels, batteries, or inverters. We’ll always confirm your LTL freight cost and get your approval before shipping.
4. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
Yes — but only for items under 72 lbs that can be shipped in standard boxes. Palletized items (like batteries or solar panels) cannot ship outside the contiguous U.S. If checkout doesn’t accept your address, contact us for an accurate quote.
5. International Orders
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but we do not ship products outside the U.S. ourselves. Customers outside the U.S. must use a freight forwarder or preferred carrier.
6. After Checkout
What happens after I place my order?
Standard ground orders usually ship the same or next business day. If there’s a delay, we’ll contact you right away. LTL freight shipments require your approval before we ship — we’ll send you the final cost and get your confirmation.
