Question: Do I need a software plan if I’m installing for a client?
Answer: Yes, ChargePoint requires at least one year of prepaid software and data, bundled in a Commercial Cloud package starting at $349 per year (per plug) with discounts for multiple years. ChargePoint’s software boasts unique features within the EV industry.
2. Additional Fees:
Question: Are there any other fees?
Answer: Each station has an Activation Fee of $349 per Station.
3. Warranty Coverage:
Question: What about a warranty?
Answer: All stations come with a 1-year parts-only warranty. ChargePoint offers Assure, a full coverage parts and labor warranty, as an extra expense. Assure takes worry out of the purchase, ensuring glitches are responded to within one business day. Under Assure, labor costs are covered for vandalism, auto accidents, and excessive wear and tear.
4. Pricing Customization:
Question: Can I set my own pricing?
Answer: Yes, you can set pricing based on energy cost, duration, time of use, session length, or user group. Payments are electronically transferred to a designated bank account.

Question: What is the best-selling station?
Answer: The CT4021 is the flagship commercial station, generally in-stock and available to ship immediately. It is a Level 2, dual plug, bollard station with 18′ charging cables.
