Where do you ship?
We ship orders throughout the United States. Some restrictions apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico — see details below.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping is free on all orders over $300, excluding batteries.
Orders under $300 are charged standard shipping rates at checkout.
Batteries ship via freight at a flat rate displayed at checkout, regardless of quantity.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship the next business day. If any items are back-ordered, we’ll notify you shortly after checkout. You’re welcome to contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time frames depend on the selected shipping method, carrier, and destination. Most orders are delivered within 2–10 business days after shipment within the continental United States. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, freight scheduling, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Which carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Oversized or palletized items ship with trusted LTL freight carriers.
Can I use my own carrier?
Yes. Once your order is packed — typically within 2–3 business days — we’ll provide package dimensions, weight, and pickup details so you can schedule your carrier.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for a quote, as some items may be too large or costly to ship expedited.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Will-call pickup is available at our Ventura, California warehouse. Same-day pickup is often possible for in-stock items. Please contact us to confirm availability and schedule your pickup. We’ll notify you when your order is ready and provide instructions.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
Yes, for items under 62 lbs that ship in standard boxes. Heavier items, including batteries, cannot ship outside the contiguous U.S. If checkout does not accept your address, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally directly. Customers outside the U.S. may use their own freight forwarder or preferred carrier.
What happens after I place my order?
Most standard orders ship the same or next business day. If any delay occurs or special conditions apply to your order, we’ll contact you promptly.
