Victron SmallBMS NG Battery Management System

The SmallBMS NG is a Battery Management System for Victron NG Lithium batteries. It is not compatible with Victron Lithium Battery Smart models. The BMS monitors the battery, controls charge and load disconnects, and provides low-voltage pre-alarms.

The SmallBMS NG is an alternative to the VE.Bus BMS V2 for systems that do not use Victron MultiPlus or Victron Quattro inverter/chargers. It does not support VE.Bus communication.

The unit has built-in Bluetooth for direct connection to lithium NG batteries. It can be monitored through VictronConnect and receives current and state-of-charge data from the batteries, so a separate Victron SmartShunt is not required.
