Do you offer will-call?

Yes, we welcome will-calls at our Ventura warehouse. Please contact our team to check availability and arrange your pickup.

The freight rate feels high, would you review it?

Freight is one of those things that often costs more than expected. If you think we can do better, let us know — we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Where does my order ship from and when will it arrive?

Most products ship from California, with a few exceptions. If any items in your order ship from a different state, we’ll let you know in advance so you can plan for delivery accordingly. Once your order ships, we’ll send you the carrier information and tracking number.

How will you ship my order? 

Boxes ship via ground carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS, while heavy or oversized items ship via LTL freight. For more details, please visit our Shipping FAQ section. 

What is your return policy?

Most boxed items are returnable, but custom items are not. Because shipping large items can be expensive, we ask that you review your order carefully before we ship. A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns — see our Return Policy for full details.

Do you expedite orders?

Yes — in many cases we can expedite orders. However, some items may be too costly to ship express, so please contact us to discuss the best options for your order.
